This policy applies to all WearColor Online Personal Color Analysis Services. By purchasing an online service, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. 1. Process After Payment Once payment is completed, an online diagnosis form (Google Form) will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The service will begin only after the form has been submitted. Upon submission, a certified Korean colorist will immediately begin the analysis. Personalized results will be delivered via email within the stated turnaround time. 2. Refund Policy WearColor’s online services include digital deliverables and expert analysis time. Refunds are handled according to the following guidelines: ① If the form has NOT been submitted: A full refund is available within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, a 50% refund is available until the form is submitted, provided that the refund request is made within 14 days of payment. ② If the form HAS been submitted: No refunds are available, as the analysis process begins immediately upon submission. ③ If results have already been delivered: No refunds can be issued under any circumstances. All delivered results are considered digital intellectual property and must not be shared, posted, copied, or redistributed in any form. 3. Submission Deadline Customers must submit the online diagnosis form within 14 days of payment, regardless of whether the form has been started or partially completed. The service will only begin once the form has been officially submitted. 4. Automatic Cancellation If the form is not submitted within 14 days of payment: The service will be automatically canceled. No refund will be issued. Failure to submit the form within the deadline is considered the customer’s responsibility, and WearColor has no further obligation to provide the service. 5. Photo & Video Requirements / Retakes To ensure accurate analysis, all submitted photos and videos must meet WearColor’s required conditions (including lighting, angle, filters, makeup, and overall visibility). If the submitted materials do not meet these requirements, WearColor may request a retake. Up to two (2) retake requests may be provided. 6. Revisions & Additional Questions Corrections for simple mistakes (such as typos or missing information) are provided free of charge. Additional questions or extended consultations are available through the Q&A Add-on Service. 7. Privacy & Image Usage Consent All uploaded photos, videos, and personal information are used solely for analysis purposes and are securely deleted after a designated retention period. Consent for photo or video usage for marketing or promotional purposes will be requested separately within the online diagnosis form. Customers may freely choose whether to grant or decline consent. If consent is granted, appropriate compensation will be provided (such as discount codes, service credits, or complimentary add-ons). 8. Acknowledgement By completing the purchase, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Online Service Refund & Cancellation Policy. 9. Intellectual Property Rights & Content Protection All analysis results, reports, color palettes, styling recommendations, images, texts, and any related materials provided through WearColor’s online services are protected as digital intellectual property. These materials are created exclusively for the customer who purchased the service and are intended for personal use only. Any unauthorized actions—including but not limited to copying, sharing, posting, redistributing, reselling, or using the content for commercial or educational purposes—are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from WearColor. Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in refusal of future services and, if necessary, legal action in accordance with applicable laws.
